The process of developing a security program includes.
- Vulnerability assessment – The initial phase of a security program begins with a vulnerability assessment to identify a wide range of threats, risks, and operational issues.
- Security plan design – Next we design the security plan to mitigate the vulnerabilities based on need, culture, and other factors specific to the client.
